taken strictly on a 'first-come, first-served'
basis.

Applications for Performers will be limited to the number of Stage/Performance time slot available.
Stallholder (food, craft, information) Applications will be
limited by the lay-out and 'electrical power' constraints of the
Festival Venue/Location.
Please note that Food Stall Holder
Bookings cannot be confirmed until full payment and a copy of the
current Public Liability Insurance Certificate have been received.
Food Stalls will be required to comply with the applicable Gold
Coast City Council Food Regulations.
