Intending Performers and Stall-holders are required to submit forms on or before Friday August 28, 2009.

Acceptance of applications for Performers and a limited number of Stallholders (food, craft, information) has been extended due to larger site and use of additional stage areas.

Please note that Food Stall Holder Bookings cannot be confirmed until full payment and a copy of the current Public Liability Insurance Certificate have been received.
Food Stalls will be required to comply with the applicable Gold Coast City Council Food Regulations.
