Intending Performers and Stall-holders are required to submit forms on or before September 19, 2008.

Please note that Food Stall Holder Bookings cannot be confirmed until full payment and a copy of the current Public Liability Insurance Certificate have been received.
Food Stalls will be required to comply with the applicable Gold Coast City Council Food Regulations.
